From lovable graphic cartoon to full-sized performer costume, PGF is proud to introduce the mother of all Mother Ducks.

When tech company MotherDuck asked us to bring their brand mascot to life, we jumped at the chance to create something both playful and technically refined. The goal: a full-body duck costume that was expressive, functional, lightweight, and durable enough for repeat use at MotherDuck events. Our team translated their quirky cartoon character into a soft-sculpture costume with a sturdy internal framework, integrated breathable technology, and hand-finished details.

From concept and development through material sourcing, sculpting, and performance wear construction, every element was engineered in-house to ensure comfort, mobility, and brand alignment. The result is a lovable, photo-ready duck with serious main-character energy—an instant hit wherever it waddles.
