Last week PGF was honored to host Brazilian delegates during the Missao Setorial de Moda. Visiting portland for an immersive experience in design, collaborative management, innovative sustainable production and entrepreneurship, Britt and Rose, along with Nancy Hales presented the PGF business model to 14 representatives from Rio de Janeiro.
Highlighting our fully integrated factory, from design to prototype, to production, we focused on empowering women, creating a zero waste facility, and bringing all aspects of the production process under one roof. Despite speaking different languages, we found common ground in our struggles to revolutionize the apparel industry, creating ethical businesses, reducing waste, and nurturing the growth and careers of our employees.
